Cox Cable - on Demand?

Cox has launch their OnDemand product in our area. Works great, we were enjoying watching Rome. And, then, Tuesday night, it disappeared from our choices. Worse, no one from Cox could explain why that was. The suggested solution was to send a technician out to my house. Somehow that doesn't seem like it's going to solve the problem. Hopefully, they'll put something up on the website, with a little more detail.
