Dear Google Ad Words

I took a survey for Google AdWords sometime back about how they could improve their product. I had totally forgotten about it, until a package arrived on my doorstep yesterday.
The "duffel bag" they sent is now in the running for worst chotchke of all time. It is a small, flimsy bag. I ran corporate gifts for Discovery for a while, and I'd guess it probably cost between $1-$2. Which is fine, it's a gesture gift. While I would have preferred a donation to a charity, or, really, anything else, I understand the logic.
The real problem is the horrible plastic smell. Last time we encountered something like that, it was a mini trampoline, that had caused an allergic reaction in a friend. I brought it into the office for show and tell, and was immediately encouraged to move it to a well ventilated area :)

Internet Retailer

If you've got the latest copy of Internet Retailer, I'm quoted in the article on Google, and the recent changes they've made. Any noteworthy changes that anyone wants to highlight?

A few days ago I noticed this site had stopped being indexed in Google. It turns out that when I had upgraded to the new version of Blogger, it inserted new code that essentially told Google not to index this page. This is only supposed to happen in Blogger if a blog is set to private, which was not the case with mine. Marketing Pilgrim had an excellent post about how it sometimes sets meta tags to "NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW". I've removed the bad code, and hopefully Google will be reindexing shortly.
