Jason Womack had forwarded me a great tip on managing Outlook emails. If you click on the subject line of an Outlook message, you can type and change the subject. If you have lots of emails in your Inbox, this is great for making sure you have the appropriate action you need to take "Eg, call Joe", rather than having lots of messages with "Hi" or "re: msg" in your inbox.
