Once a Runner

I've posted a few "lessons from the stairwell" lately. Sometimes, you just need to put your head down and power through a challenge. Once a Runner was the best running book I ever read, which made the point with its legendary 60 x 400m interval session. I still have a dog-eared copy in the basement. It's been out of print for a long time and has just been reissued. Good reviews from Slate (last December) and the Wall Street Journal.
